You were Minister of Internal Security before the Führer took control; he exiled you to the moon. During the tumultuous moonbase mutiny, you maintained order. When Heidi proved herself a disciplined leader, you assisted her in locking down the base, and slaying stray undead. You command three young and quintessentially expendable cadets on your security force, all of whom are named Kenny (now that you think about it, there were four Kennys; wonder where the other one’s got to?). As a practical matter, you turn a blind eye to black market trading with the space monkey mafia (SMM), who provide the station with necessary supplies—for a price.

This month, you turned off the security cameras to allow the SMM to service Oxygen Regenerator #1. When you turned the cameras back on, the device was gone. Now you've got a problem.
