The Scarlet LionThe Scarlet Lion is revealed in RileyCon IV to be the most evil, vile, and hated despot in the history of Zebulon. Prior to its unification under the rule of Zaron the Priestly, she subdued all of Zebulon and ruled it with an iron fist. Her reign was ended when Zaron's armies drove her back to her stronghold at Wyrmcrest where she was entombed.

In RileyCon V, her brother, Gragnarok (Jimmy), the Prince of the Lysithian Republic is overthrown by Winnie the Punk and his companions.

She was entombed at Wymrcrest until liberated by Malfeaso, a Continuity Elf in 2002. Using his technology, and some borrowed from Time Cop Shara ("Brainy Spice"), they were able to flee to Earth in the Year 1890, where she built an army. That army later conquered a large part of Eurasia, becoming the Leonine Hegemony.

In RileyCon VII, she realized her ambition to create a god-seedling with the help of a naive Cthulhu. She deposited the seedling on the moon, near the tomb of Katallakh in hopes of resurrecting the ancient Volderic god. Afterwards, she and her minions came face to face with Winnie the Punk and his Gang in Paris. Aided by Cornelius the Evil Monkey and the Zombie Knights of the Round Table, as well as Winifred the Pure (RC5), she was driven into the temporal stream.

In her absence, the Leonine Hegemony continued under the leadership of Mylo, until he too was eliminated towards the end of the Second Leonine War. Mylo was succeeded by Count Lazlo, a weak ruler, and the Leonine Republic slowly faded under his tenure. However, she remained in intermittent contact with her minions and devised a means for them to extract her from the temporal stream in 1973, taking advantage of the eddy currents from Timeline Four.

However, when news came of the return of the Dihomar in 1953, she was extracted from the timestream through the actions of parties from the Sol Alliance, who hoped to find a means of defense through her and her brother, Phrixus.
