The Eiffel Tower is a metal structure built of the Paris exposition of 1889. It was the site of a monumental battle the following year. The Scarlet Lion and her cult had gathered at the tower to magically extract her Prime Minister, Mylo, from another Universe. Her spell components had been adulterated, however, and what materialized on top of the Eiffel Tower was a combination of Sir Winifred the Pure and Mylo. Winnie the Punk and his gang leapt into the fray, as did the Zombie Knights of the Round Table. Thanks to a high-budget theatrical ending by cinema director Woody Allen, the Scarlet Lion was exiled into the Timestream in a dramatic flash of color.

During the episode, the Eiffel Tower, which the Scarlet Lion had used as a giant antenna, was tilted by the Tick and Cornelius who used a combination of muscle and explosives to collapse hydraulic support structs.
